I had a great experience at this tanning place, thanks to Gypsy at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, upbeat, and full of positive energy. She took the time to explain everything clearly how the beds worked, the different options available, and what would be best for my skin type. I really appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all no hard upselling, just honest, helpful advice unlike other places why I hated going but starting back it was a nice change. The bed was clean the whole place had a nice feel. Definitely coming back to this location.

Used a free tan coupon and was told I couldn't tan more than 5 mins or that the bed starts automatically if u use restroom first! The bed had already started an had 3min 49sec left but it shut off at 3 mins so I got less than a 1 min tan! After informing Jessica whom has zero customer service skills, she said sorry only a manager can fix it I told her to go look the timer was still running I didn't even tan for a whole min all I got was SORRY! This will be the last time I visit PALM BEACH TAN, LARGO nor would I recommend them to anyone especially if Jessica is the only person there to help u!!!

I was really excited to try there beds! I’m not from Georgia, however I’m there quite a bit because I have family there. While visiting the weather wasn’t great, so I called to get some info and found out they have a policy that you can only go for half the time, I can totally understand that if it was your first time tanning in a while or if you burn easily. I explained that I have a monthly membership at home and could definitely prove that. So I find out the bed I normally use at home is $35 for a single session which is fine but not for 4 mins. I was leaving the next evening and asked if I could come back the next day as well and was told it had to be exactly 24 hrs from the previous day. I had wanted to purchase for a one month only membership and after filling everything out was pretty much told that it if I cancel my membership no later then 6 days prior upcoming month that I would have no problems with the cancellation otherwise it would renew monthly. I arrived at this studio on 07/23/2023 and requested to have my membership cancelled in which the employee (young lady) confirmed to me that she had cancelled it and that I would no longer be charge the following month. One main reason for the cancellation was that I had an upcoming surgery and would not be able to go tanning for 6-8 weeks afterword. Two days ago i noticed a charge on my bank account from Balm Beach Tan and after looking more into my account realized that I was still getting charged all along the monthl
