Palm Beach Tan

Actually nuts I paid 50.22 for a spray tan machine that didn’t even have any product in it. Front desk person wasn’t present when I left First timer in the studio and wasn’t offered a welcome offer. Was really looking for a studio I could get regular sprays, and wasn’t pitched a membership at all.🤠

I would give it no stars if I could. I have been a member of Palm Beach fan for 15 years and go to locations all over Midtown-Buckhead-Alpharetta and have never been treated the way I was here. Awful and I wouldn’t go back to this location if someone paid me. I am honestly thinking of cancelling my membership after this experience . One staff member tried to charge me $35 for a service I have been doing once a week at every other location with no problems whatsoever the past decade as I have unlimited sprays in my membership I am really questioning why I pay $70 a month for this if I can’t get the service I have always had once a week? I love being fleeced for money by a rude staff member (she had black hair and I’m assuming was a manager)

The worst Palm Beach club ever! They got new bulb in their best beds but will only let you tan 5 minutes out of 10 because of the hot bulbs. . But yet still charge 40 per visit or the exact price as if you were paying for the full amount. Then the girls want to argue with you about it. Make it make sense! I wonder if this company is a franchise. I live close to this location and want to return. I will call their corporate or owner. Absolutely horrible

This was my first experience with palm beach -spray tanning. Rachel was very kind and helpful! She answered all my multiple questions with knowledgeable answers. She was sweet once I entered the facility. I highly recommend her! 😊

My first experience was wonderful, I purchased a spray tan membership. The second time I came to use the membership the machine was broken(that’s fine things happen), the employee stated that I would get an additive for free because of the inconvenience. The third time they were closed at 6:30, even though the website says 8pm. The final time I came in they were out of medium color and I was offered an additive for $5 additional dollars to get the color I wanted. I don’t feel I should have to pay more to get the basic thing required of my membership. I have cancelled my membership, so pretty much it cost me $70 to get one spray tan. The employee at the desk was incredibly rude about all this, I even stated I’m not trying to be rude and I’m not mad at you but she continued to give me a sna
