Palm Beach Tan

I love coming to PBT metro to see Noelle and Alyssa! I love their fun energy, plus they are super helpful and knowledgeable helping me pick products / decide on services. The wellness package which allows you to use the infrared sauna and red light therapy along with tanning services has provided such an amazing boost to my confidence. I feel great and I love the little community I’ve found at this location. I look forward to stopping in and chatting with the ladies every few days!

I had a really disappointing experience with Palm Beach tan. I asked multiple times for the total cost of my package and was explicitly told one amount. After signing up, I found out there were additional charges that were never mentioned. It felt really misleading and tricky, especially after I went out of my way to confirm everything beforehand. Be very cautious. This is not the transparent experience I was expecting.

Casey (with the curly hair) is such a nice employee and I will come back just to see her and say hi! She knew just what tan would look good on me since my last spray didn’t suit me as well. Thank you Casey.

Horrible experience today. Been a client for 3 years and have been told since first time I asked to cancel for the winter - they told me to pause since I can use the funds I am charged for pausing for future months. That is a LIE. They apparently terminated my contract when I said to keep it suspended, and then charged me $45 for a $15 spray tan. Now won't reactivate unless I re-pay the activation $25 fee. I never complain about anything - you can check my history. I am disgusted with their business practices and fraud/scam like actions. I feel duped and overcharged. Will be reporting them to my Credit Card company as fraud.

Wow! It's good to be back!! I took a hiatus for a year and am now back to doing what I love.. having 15 minutes to myself This location has the nicest employees, deals, beds, and plenty of free parking . Unfortunately it is located in the back of an empty strip mall which gets no visibility but its patrons are loyal and seem to keep business afloat. I highly recommend it!
