This is the second or third time I’ve drove all the way here just to waste my time and not be able to tan! Totally ridiculous!!!! This has happened several times so the owner needs to know that their employees are closing this location prior to closing time!!!!! This time unlike the prior times that they were totally gone these 2 employees were still inside so they could have let me in! Rude! It was 8 minutes until closing yet door was locked and told me it was closed even when I said y’all close at 10:00?!!! You have hours of operation listed for a reason! When a customer drives to a business they expect it to be open not closed and then to be turned away when they clearly are still inside there doing computer stuff and cleaning so they could have allowed me to tan? I love this place! I am always greeted with a smile and it’s like coming visiting good friends. Everyone is so helpful and informed about all the products. It really is a great place to come and get some much needed me time as a mom to two very busy girls.
Always the best service. The ladies at the front are always knowledgeable about deals going on & really look out for their customers. Honest, no bs & so so sweet. Will always come back to & reccomend this place
I was called by someone from corporate today to tell me there's no loitering in front of the business. 2 nights ago I walked out from getting a tan and not long after sitting in my car, an attractive woman walks into the tanning place, but before walking in she sees me looking at her and decides not to go in, but instead stop, stare, and do some body mannerisms at me before walking in. Then the employees are coming to the door to see what's going on. Wow. I leave. Now I have a problem. I'm not a loiterer. I'm a paying customer. I have a membership. I just walked out from getting a tan. That's not loitering. THAT'S CALLED BUSINESS!!! Well, I don't have a membership anymore. I walked in today after work and canceled. Then I was treated by the manager as if I didn't have a right to be upset.
Love this place. It’s like my mini spa every time I go!
