Palm Beach Tan

Salon is nice. But they didn't offer me all the packages available (only offered me the most expensive) and consistently try to upsale me with various products. I'd do your research on website first to see what pricing is before going in.

When I go to get tanned, all of the ladies are very nice but one in particular stands out. Her name is Meagan and she not only has professionalism but warm smile and personality. She is very courteous to everyone that walks in and walks out. Pleasure to come here. She buzzes around here like a busy bee. Thank you Palm Beach

UPDATE: This location is ridiculous. They’re never open even during their modified, limited hours. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I arrive and the doors are locked. The next closest location is 20 minutes in the opposite direction. I work out of town and need the place to be open as promised. When they try to resolve things, the manager calls only to give updates on when the salon “will” be open (good luck). How about refunding some money for the plan, gas and waste of my time?! Get it together or close! Looking for other options highly dissatisfied. Where the heck is Jamie? She’s the most knowledgeable, friendly person at the place! I miss seeing and talking to her. She’s the most caring person. I’ve been seeing Jordan a lot and she’s great, too, but I miss Jamie!

Ashley was so helpful not only to me but even watching her rapport and helpfulness with other customers. She had 2 new memberships, including mine, plus additional members walking in and she was busy but rocked it and provided great service to everyone. I'm glad to be a new member somewhere with such helpful and informative staff!

I like this location, it is clean and well kept, the folks are always nice. The problem is, it is never opened or they have reduced hours. There has to be a better way to publicize the change in hours besides a sign on the door. (maybe the website???) I have ran out to the salon multiple times just to find them closed. And not just closed one day but two days in a row and no hours after 5 pm. As customers we pay good money to come here (not Lemoyne or York) because it convenient.
