Palm Beach Tan

I was hesitant to go to a chain salon because I’ve always loved the small family owned shops but I was new to the area and needed some “sun”. I called in to talk to the store about their monthly plans and then stopped in the same day. Ashley, the store manager, has seriously been the best. Between equipment run downs, what lotions to choose from, and just someone to chat with each time I come in, she’s been a highlight to my mornings. The facility is clean, the beds are in great shape with hot bulbs. 10/10 experience and recommend to anyone thats asked about my winter tan. There’s so much more to this place than just tanning as well that I can’t wait to try.

We love this location. They have a larger range of beds and wellness options than some others in the area. Sky is exceptionally helpful. She works quickly and and is very organized. As a busy mom this is really important to me. She also has a lot of product knowledge and suggested products that work best with red light therapy.

This location does an excellent job at customer service. I am a busy professional with a family and finding time to get an appointment in my busy schedule is difficult. Sky does an excellent job! She is friendly, professional, and customer oriented. She works with me to lock in my appointments and goes above and beyond to ensure that the beds and sauna is clean and ready to use when I arrive. I cant say enough about Sky. You would just need to see for yourself!

Review of Palm Beach Tan (North Augusta) This Palm Beach Tan location in North Augusta is incredibly convenient, situated in a bustling area with easy access to other amenities. The salon itself is huge and kept very clean, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment. The staff is consistently fast and friendly, always providing great customer service. While I'd rate it just below the Aiken location, that's a personal preference due to my familiarity and affection for the staff there. Objectively, the North Augusta salon is a top-tier choice that delivers on all fronts: convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service.
