Palm Beach Tan

Excellent customer service! I have never had a spray tan before, and I was guided through the entire process thoroughly. A few hours after I left, my tan began to develop, and I am in love! Will definitely be going back again soon! Keep up the great work!

I usually go to the Palm Beach Tan in the city but I went to this location yesterday. I got the same formula as I do in the city and I can’t even tell that I have tanned. I have a feeling that the machine could be broken at this location. The member on staff was super sweet here I’m just bombed with how my tan turned out.

This place is awesome!! Im from out of town (Colorado) they were able to get me in. Their employees go above and beyond and are very professional and friendly

Terrible customer service from the manager Brittany especially if you have not been a customer for 15+ years. She shows favoritism to customers that bring her gifts and coffee. If you want a specific bed just bring her gifts.

Stopped in to this location while working out of town for work. To preface, I have an active membership in another state that prior to my trip I choose to "freeze" for next month. Upon trying to check in for a tan, Brittany (I believe), let me know that my account was frozen and I would be unable to tan. After going back and forth with her, trying to explain my situation, she very matter of factly told me the only way I could tan was to pay for a session. I left, but decided to pull up my PBT app, which showed me as active. I went back in and went back and forth again with Brittany, who met me with the same lack to assist me vibe. I then went back out to my car and decided to call my home center who confirmed that on her end everything looked fine and said I should not be having any issues
