Palm Beach Tan

Horrible customer service Left an expensive piece of clothing there after a spray tan and they threw it in the trash! I was the only customer there ! Could have called me. The spray tan was terrible!

So I decided to join Palm Beach Tan on February 27th 2024. They had a package that was for unlimited tanning plus one free spray tan a month. And after the registration fee of like $25 and the rate for the tanning bed I paid a total of $80.81. Now I only tanned three times. I use the stand up tanning booth. Which is part of the gold package. My tanning time for all three sessions was probably about 17 to 18 minutes total. I developed a severe rash from the tanning bed. On March the 2nd I closed my account at the Palm Beach location at Poplar Avenue. Now the website says that there's a 30-day refund if you're not satisfied. Now I was well within 6 days of canceling my package and had plenty of time to cancel so I could be refunded. However when I went up back to the location and spoke to th

There is always something new here. It can be new bulbs or a whole new and improved bed. I go to both the Germantown and Poplar locations. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. There is tanning merchandise available, which makes it very convenient. However, the merchandise can be quite expensive, but they are always running specials. The tanning packages are moderately priced and affordable, as are single visits. There are several locations. I highly recommend Palm Beach Tans.

I was in town for business and maybe it’s just me but you would think paying $38 for ONE visit the bed would have all the bulbs working?!?! I could not even tell that I had even been to a tanning bed. Rip off! I have a membership in Georgia at a wonderful tanning salon…..which I pay $149 a YEAR for a turbo bed!!

I have visited this location once before and felt the staff was rude. I said I would never go back to this location but got off work late and went on this day. Understanding staff is ready to go when it’s time to close but I have a membership, the location was still open at 845pm and I went to tan for 10 minutes. I even used a bed instead of the standing booth I usually use due to the staff stating someone else was using it. I entered the unit to be used only to hear a staff member loudly complaining stating, “I don’t know why people aren’t considerate” “ WE OPEN AGAIN AT 8AM” “I’m going to have to get up at 5am to walk my dog” “I have to be back at 8am” “What’s wrong with people” Than she started banging against the door of my unit with her mop. When I left I asked her what her name was.
