Palm Beach Tan

I’ve only ever had excellent experiences going to this location. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable on products. One of their employees Lara always greets me with a smile and i always look forward to seeing her!

I love this PBT! Everyone there is extremely helpful and kind, but especially Lara! She helped me with an upgrade package and is always so cheerful when I come in to tan!

I have been a member for 15+ years and never had this issue. I had fraud on my card so I had to get a new one. Was called just last week stating my card was not going through. Come to find out it had been 3 months (but I only got a phone call last week). They charged me $30 to re-instate my membership. Employee claimed I got emails stating my card was declined. This is not true. So if I didn’t re-instate my membership it would be terminated and I would lose all the monthly I paid into it. I will be using my tan dollars and then never going back to a Palm Beach Tan location ever again. This truly shows how they treat their loyal long term customers.

I can’t say enough good things about this specific Palm Beach Tanning location ! The ladies , specifically the store manager Maddie, are AMAZING! They are all so helpful, and always make sure their clients are happy and aware of all new products, new studies, just in general , make sure you’re all the way taken care of! Nothing less than the perfect experience , every trip!

Her knowledge about the products is impressive, and she always takes the time to help me choose the perfect options for my skin type and tanning goals. The salon is spotless, the equipment is top-notch, and the whole experience feels personalized and caring.
