Palm Beach Tan

New little pricey but overall was a good experience it was my first time getting a spray tan and the girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable and very nice. Only real downside was a co-worker told me that I shouldn't take a shower for 24 hours so I didn't but at the store they say only 4 to 8 hours. But all in all Palm Beach Tan is a nice place but just like any business you can catch people on their off days that means that some people experience a good and others a bad.

The staff are top notch. The tanning beds are hot and most offer music, facial tanning, aroma mist and built in fans. I highly recommend the loveland Ohio location. Tell them you read this review (by Robin N.) and possibly receive a newcomer discount! For me I get my "me time" in there...Have fun!

This was the first place I've ever tanned and it was a great experience. I tanned here for approximately 5-6 months and it was always clean, the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, and I could always get in and out in less than a half hour. Because I'd never gone to a tanning salon before, I had no idea what I was doing. The staff were very good about explaining how to do everything and what lotions would be best for me.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. My problem was with billing. When I cancelled my membership, they continued to bill me monthly, small charges I didn't notice. When I noticed months later and alerted them, they refunding my money. Then it happened again. And they refunded me again. THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I'm in the process of getting my money back AGAIN. The explanation I was given is that instead of my membership getting canceled, it was "frozen". In all, they have had to refund me hundreds of dollars. Advice: If you cancel your membership with them, make sure it's actually being CANCELLED. Because otherwise they will just continue to sneak money out of your bank account.
