Palm Beach Tan

This place is a joke. Snaughty, young bratty people working. Sold my. Wife on a membership. We thought was yearly and it was monthly. Of course, then said they did not get payment and it come out of my account every single month. Then try to charge me $90 to cancel. Also went to tan called before we went because they closed at 7 o'clock. She said as long as we was there by 7. She could spray tan, we got there. At 650, she said they already broke the bed down. I do not. Recommend this place to anyone.

Haven’t even tried it yet and won’t be because Luca who I just spoke with (09/03 12:20pm) gave the WORST customer service over the phone. I work literally 3 min away and was excited as this location would be perfect! where I can go on my lunch break however, Luca picked up the phone with a tone as if I were a bother or she didn’t want to be there, I asked her questions and she was very very vague. At one point I asked a questions and she responded as if I should have already known the answer, in places like this customer service is a MUST and sadly as convenient as this is for me I have to take my business elsewhere where where I’m valued as a customer/ client even if that means it being more inconvenient for me. I hope Luca receives the proper customer training.

My daughter and I were there for a tanning spray session and the ladies at the counter were nice and helpful. They offered the information that we needed, we were in and out and the tanning results were good. The tan lasted 1 week and a half. I didn't give it 5 stars because I used to be a member at another location where I received superb service! Customer service is a must in all types of business. You have to be flexible with the customers, offer solutions, and keep them coming back.

I am really disappointed in this location. I will say the facility is clean, however the staff is extremely rude! They are so rude that I cringed every time I had to walk in there They are argumentative and childish. I dealt with somebody named Luca and all I can say is I would never want her representing my company. She was so ugly and unprofessional and was mad that I didn’t add the two green and violet colors to my container one because they didn’t tell me that would be an extra $20 every time I went to spray tan. The second time I did have the toners or bronzer’s added they acted like they were cutting the bottom and adding it into my bottle and they didn’t- they fake cut it, but not deep enough for the contents to fall into the bottle and they thought I didn’t notice. I always had a wonderful tanning experience here. Palm Beach Tan, however, had no qualms selling me a tanning membership knowing their only nearby location would be closing shortly. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the next closest location to cancel the membership and they are charging me an additional month regardless. Don’t tan with Palm Beach Tan!
