Palm Beach Tan

I’ve had an awesome experience every time I visit Palm Beach Tan. The staff is always warm, professional, and willing to explain the different bed levels and products so I can get the best results. The salon is consistently clean and organized, and I appreciate how quick and smooth the check-in process is. The beds are powerful and comfortable, and I’ve noticed great color that lasts. I also love that they offer different options to fit my schedule and tanning goals. Overall, Palm Beach Tan has become my favorite—highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and even better results! Staff are Amazing!!

Since my first review was deleted, I will put another. Let me start with a bit of good, the young women working the front desk are very nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the tanning beds. They are clearly doing their jobs well. Unfortunately, it also feels like management and ownership hide behind these employees, leaving them to be the face of policies they did not create. Now for the rest. Palm Beach Tan’s so-called “memberships” are extremely misleading. The sales pitch paints a picture that is completely different from what you can actually expect once you sign up. The most important details, true cost, billing structure, cancellation terms, and long-term financial obligation are conveniently left out until you are already locked in and obligated. I just wanted to take a minute to acknowledge Cynthia at palm beach Johnston location. A lot of times I’m dragging in after a long day of chasing a 19month old (and all the meltdowns that come with that), laundry duty, cooking, cleaning, etc. she always greets me and everyone with such a smile and positive attitude. In a world that seems to have lost the importance of customer service, Cynthia is a breath of fresh air and deserves a shoutout.

Love PBT on Johnston! The staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly, especially Emma! The place is always so clean as well. Highly recommend❤️
