Quick review for Palm Beach Tan in Katy today. I went in to start a five-pack of their highest-level bed before a wedding. I completely understand and agree that they can’t give you the full time on your first session — safety first, and they don’t know how your skin will react. No issue there at all. My only frustration was that I paid full price for five full sessions, but the first one is automatically shortened. That should be clearly stated at purchase. If the first session is only six minutes, they should either note it clearly or sell a package of six so you still end up with five full-length tans. When I voiced that, Sam — the manager — stepped in immediately. She was kind, professional, and took great care of me by adding complimentary tans to make it right. She truly went above

I’ve been a client of Palm Beach Tan for years….and I utilize many of their locations throughout Texas and southern Florida. They have always taken good care of me as a client, without complaints. I anticipate continuing to use their service’s. I recommend Palm Beach Tan.

I have had a membership for roughly ten years. I have never had any issues until today. I decided to freeze my account for the first time ever and was told that I could come back around the same time next month to unfreeze the account. The lady never mentioned pro rating me if I came back early. Which was only 1 day and wanted to charge 12 bucks! They need to do a better job explaining how to freeze an account and when charges will take place. Plus why am I going from the 25th of sept to November 1st without being charged extra? That’s more than a month!!! Sophia manager was not helpful at all

Signed up for a month and upon signing up I told the girl I would like to cancel because I only wanted to tan for one month. She said that was fine and when I asked if I needed to fill anything out she said no. A boy was at the store with her at the time and had brought her food maybe it was her boyfriend and she was distracted because I have been getting billed ever since. I called the store to let them know I was getting billed and they told me I would have had to complete paper work to cancel and that she couldn’t back charge for their mistake. Interesting because I asked and was told no.

It has been 20 plus years since I have used a tanning salon, so I initially chose this location based primarily on its proximity to me, and I am so glad that I did. The salon is clean, the beds are well maintained and up to date, and the hours of operation are very convenient. Also, the employees are extremely kind and helpful, especially Sam, Mary, and Noah. I highly recommend visiting this salon and signing up with one of them.
