strongly recommend this location to any members. went a couple times and never had anything less than the best service possible. sky is the manager there and is ALWAYS getting me the best deals. All the other staff is pretty nice too. Really recommend getting products from Meredith as she also knows how to get the deals.

I *strongly* encourage folks to NOT go to this location. I’ve been a Palm Beach Tan member for seven years and have visited eight different locations around Atlanta metro. This is by far the worst and dirtiest location I’ve been to. It’s always so dark here and the spray booth is straight nasty. The walls always have dry dripping of tanning solution (at least that’s what I hope it is 😳) on the walls, there’s a ton of dust and dirt on the floor, and they’re *always* out of paper towels. The dark haired girl at the desk is always *completely* clueless and looks like she took one too many gummies before her shift. It’s like she’s still sleeping while shes trying to communicate to you. Have been here multiple times and it is always clean. Had a small issue today and the store manager was very understanding and helpful. She is always very nice and friendly. will continue to come to this location bc of her.

I'm extremely disappointed with Palm Beach Tan's corporate policies. I have a paid membership specifically for the Versa Spa, which has been broken for over two weeks now. Despite this, they have refused to reimburse my money or provide any form of compensation for the service I paid for but couldn't use. The lack of communication and consideration for their customers is appalling. It's unacceptable to continue charging for a service that isn't available, and their unwillingness to address the issue is incredibly frustrating. I expected better from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. Until they can properly address these issues and treat their customers fairly, I cannot recommend Palm Beach Tan to anyone.

Today just reminded me of the reason why I don't buy packages in a tanning salon, I paid for five visits, used maybe three the last two of course expired after maybe a month and a half two months. I was then asked if I wanted to buy more, of course not, not if I'm going to lose them after a certain amount of time after I paid for them. Update...Had the pleasure of speaking with Sky at Palm Beach Tan, she reinstated my visits that were lost, I appreciate the excellent service on their end.
