Palm Beach Tan

I absolutely love this location! The newly remodeled space looks amazing, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. They always go above and beyond to take care of all my tanning needs

This place is beautiful with nice staff and warm spray tanning rooms. I'm giving it 3/5 stars because I'm seeing an inconsistency with their Mystic tan versus other Palm Beach Tan's in Dallas. I've been here a couple of times and whenever I get Dark, the next day I look the same and I don't smell any spray tan on my body. I've never had that happen at either of the Uptown locations. I think that machine needs to be looked at.

Scott is so nice. The place is clean and does it's job. But Scott goes above and beyond and you can tell he likes his job. He is so down to earth and extremely helpful. So hard to find nowadays.

Run ! I would rate this as Zero star. Sales totally misleading. Buy package of 10 they never tell you they expire until you come in for visit after 90 days. Told new Corporate policy! Really it wasn't last package. Oh and new packages increases by 30% plus. Great way not to keep good Customers!

Yikes… long time subscriber with multiple accounts. Cleanliness and customer service have taken a bath at this location. I’d opt for another location or a completely separate provider all together. Management: this is a service-recovery opportunity.
