She took the time to thoroughly explain the different membership options, broke down the pricing clearly, and helped me choose the plan that actually fit my needs—no pressure, just honest guidance. Her customer service is exceptional. Melissa genuinely cares about making sure clients understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. She answered every question with patience and expertise, and you can tell she truly knows the ins and outs of the memberships and services. I have been to many tanning salon, over the years. From when I lived in new york for forty years to relocating to south carolina in 2019 and I would try different salons when I moved here, Never was happy with the end Results, i was desperate to find a tanning salon, so I happen to be passing, palm beach tanning, and I said, let me give them a try, it was the best decision I made by trying Palm Beach tanning. First time walking in to the salon was absolutely amazing. Melissa was welcoming. She took the time to explain everything about the salon. I felt like I was part of the team. That's how welcoming she made me feel, the Respect that was given from Victoria as well. From friends, family members always compliment me on how beautiful my tan is, how natural it looks.
