Team is always helpful and always provide the best customer service. Of course, it's a service that is a contract like a gym and it you need to read the fine print. For nice equipment, you will also pay more- which is worth it. Like anything, you get what you pay for.

Had a bit of a strange experience. Clicked on the website and saw it said “military discounts” bold and highlighted at the top of the page and that it was the website for this store specifically. When I called to ask how much of a discount they offer, the gentleman on the other end said “I’m not sure if we do that here” and then I said “I’m looking at your website right now and seeing it” then he says “yeah our website is like a national website and it’s not store specific so I’m not sure”… then suggests I call corporate to ask 😒 how do you work somewhere and don’t know what offers you have and don’t even know what your own website that’s linked to Google maps looks like? It literally says Herndon Marketplace and lists the hours and the number and the offers etc. Guess I’ll go somewhere

My experience at the Herndon, VA Palm Beach Tan location was fantastic!!! The staff there were super friendly and helpful when deciding which package to choose from, as well as a lotion. They gave me a tour of the facility, which I thought was great! All the beds and rooms appeared to be very clean, which is highly important for me. There were even Fall/Halloween decorations up, which I enjoyed looking at and was super fun! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable seem to stay on top of everything even when busy, nice equipment and all bulbs are working on the beds I've used. Nice clean and neat. Since I wrote above found one bed with burned out bulbs, but all others great, some staff not as pleasant as others but over all even they are proficient at their job. Went in this week May 18 or 19th found staff deep cleaning very nice to see. Love new clear goggles. Over all still feel 5 stars are appropriate, impressed over all with most of staff, and products, cleanliness and availability of beds. Definately would recommend.

A scam. They renew your subscription automatically when you just wanted 1 month of tanning. Impossible to recover the money. Lamps are old.
