Very disappointed with the freezing and canceling process. ONCE they have your credit information they WILL continue to charge. I had to block the charges on my credit card AND the Office Manager can not credit me back. They make it VERY EASY to take your money AND the process to RETURN YOUR MONEY DIFFICULT. In a world where we have so much automation a business must make the refund or return process easy. A business should not just charge card after told not too. I was told I can NOT cancel membership over the phone and must come in person. So I paid that month and couldn't get in because I had a very busy schedule. Love this place. Very clean! I do the light stem red light therapy and the heated light therapy sauna . You can’t beat the price for these therapies and the staff is really professional and nice. They also have stores all over the US so you can visit them when your traveling!

Went on Friday June 7 about 430pm as a potential new member. I stood there at the counter for ~20 minutes without even being acknowledged. The lobby was full and the two people working paid little to no attention to anyone because they were in the back. I might try and sign up over the phone and give them another chance but if that’s the level of service in person all the time I might go elsewhere and save the effort. They need to hire more staff.
