I am thrilled with the service provided by the managers Emma and Bryn. Every single employee offers great customer service. They are always friendly and so knowledgeable about all the beds and tanning products. They encourage questions and comments. There is very little waiting time, if any, and it always looks clean and fresh. I always feel appreciated and welcome! They also work very hard to find the best package that accommodates each individuals needs. Keep up the good work!!

I enjoyed my experience at Palm Beach Tan. The staff was great; they were friendly, helpful and made the process of tanning very easy and comfortable. The facility was very clean and well cared for, and the tanning beds worked incredibly well to produce a nice tan for me. I really liked that there was a variety of options available for different kinds of beds and preferences. I will definitely recommend Palm Beach Tan to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable and dependable place to get a tan!

I would love to leave a good review, but if I did and said why? Then everyone would want to come to this place! So maybe the best kept places we don’t need to share😁 I hope they realize the great staff they have, because they aren’t easy to find! They are one of the main reasons most people keep coming back!

Sidra is incredible! I had such an amazing experience with Sidra at Palm Beach. She was so sweet, professional, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. You can tell she really loves what she does.
