Palm Beach Tan

I been going there for over 20 years. Quite today. Discussed with the place Would not recommend it...now going to GLOW .better bed .price wise better more to offer ..manager's alot more friendly..beautiful inside..clean

the new manager sucks i was a member for 5 years and i will never be returning they never know your name and always take forever to put u in a bed i used to love it here now it sucks they all act like they hate there job just a nasty environment

I am absolutely disgusted with the behavior of an employee at Palm Beach Tan. While my husband, my toddler, and I were outside in the parking lot (not even there for Palm Beach Tan), we were approached by an employee in uniform who gave us dirty looks and stared us down for no reason. When she walked away, I quietly asked my husband if she had been looking at us and she aggressively snapped back, “Yeah I am, what are you gonna do about it?” From there, she continued to bait me into a fight, holding her arms out and repeating “What are you gonna do? What are you gonna do?” My husband was so concerned for our child’s safety that he picked up our son in fear that she might actually charge at us. I would have put 5 stars because i love the staff. I love the beds. But there is 1 lady in there that was so freaking rude to me! I was shocked! You know sometime you get alil more sweaty then most times you tan. So I did that 1 day, she came to my door banging on it rushing me out. No 1 else just me. Saying I was taking to long. And I was only in there like 10 minutes and came right out. but I wasn't gonna put my clothes on drenched of sweat. They wouldn't even go on. So yeahh she could have just asked but instead she was rude and aggressive!

Michael was friendly and professional, and got me signed back up within minutes! There was a line and it was busy, since it was Memorial Day weekend, but he got me in and processed so quickly. And Maddie was so patient and kind with a son bringing in his Mom for a late Mother’s Day present-they even got a double membership. The place is so clean-and spa like, they even have a separate hose to spray down the tanning booth after each guest. I usually don’t go to this location, but i thought they deserved an honest review. I’ll definitely be back!
