Palm Beach Tan

I’ve been coming here for awhile now. I don’t go out of my way much for these, but Carolann deserved this one. She thoroughly explained to me why it’s important for me to wear lotion when I tan, especially on my face. I don’t interact with many people there but she was absolutely amazing. She made sure my bed was extra clean and the place looked great! You have a very hard worker on your hands and I would like to extend a huge thank you to Carolann for making my experience knowledgeable, intuitive and making me feel welcomed as a customer.

This was my home salon for a while, I just moved from the area and so bummed I’ll have to switch locations. I’ve been to several PBT’s and Garland without a doubt, has the friendliest staff! It makes a world of a difference. Keep it up, yall! ♥️

Wow! Ive been a member at a different palm beach tan then transferred here. The first time I came in, everything was great and I was so happy that I increased my membership. Then I returned 2 months later to find out that I have to PAY for my spray tan even though I pay for one every month. That was not the worst part.I spent 20 minutes dealing with the quietest mumbling person who was just so interesting to try and work with. I had my credit card in hand ready to leave for vacation. I wanted to cancel but I would have to spend another 20 minutes and I was too annoyed and didn't want to be rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Boo. I really wanted my spray tan too.
