I’ve been going here for a year and the staff are always so friendly and nice. I think I only waited once for a bed so 9 times out of 10 you’ll be in and out in no time. The rooms and beds are always clean. The only thing I didn’t know is that if you freeze your account there’s a small charge. That charge turns into a discount when you restart your account so in the end it does work out. Truly no complaints. Thanks for being awesome at customer service!

Tens across the board for Caitlin! Today was my first time tanning and I did a lot of research before I came but she gave me advice that didn’t even think to research like how to stand in the booth. She offered me a lot of options and helped me pick out a session that worked for me. I felt comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend this location to others :)

Marissa and Elaina were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for years but I usually take a break over the winter months. First time back this year and they were both excellent. Patient and happy to help me choose a new plan that suits me best. The Gambrills location is always super clean and always a quick in and out. Stop by get me some color no tan lines no problems. Quick and pleasant. A+++

The Manager Elaine and Sharlene spent a lot of time with me picking out the correct beds, lotions and times for what I exactly wanted to achieve. I have very sensitive allergies to lotions and they both took time to read EVERY lotion to figure out what would work. These women are so proactive and always have a great attitude! I would recommend them to everyone! The place is super clean and the beds never have bulbs out! The best tanning salon I have ever been to!

I came here yesterday evening to tan. When I arrived it was a bit busy.... I wanted to purchase a tanning Lotion sample, But they were behind the counter. I stood to the side and leaned ovor two glance at the Lotions. ( I was not behind the counter) maybe my hands were while turning the rack to see what they had .... the girl who was in the middle of helping a customer turned around to me and said " do u mind " "We can't have anyone behind the counter " .... except I wasn't behind the counter. I stood to the side trying my best not to go behind there. Usually the lotions are up front... But This time they was not?? I was just trying to see what I wanted to buy....
