Tanning rooms felt very unclean unlike EVERY other palm beach ive ever stepped into. The women working the counter on night/afternoon shift on 1/3/26 was absolutely disgustingly RUDE will absolutely NOT be returning to this location!

Im BLOWN AWAY! Im visiting Gaffney from Charleston, SC & I cannot express how impressed I am with this location! Dawn, the manager was so kind and helpful and you can tell she takes pride in her role at this Location. It was hands down the cleanest, NICEST UltraTan I have ever been to. The mystic machine looked BRAND NEW it was cleaned so well. I can’t wait to come back and use their spray machine again!

Faithful member love the smiling faces. But it would be nice if customers are provided complimentary water.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Changed banking information with two different employees, yet they still tried to draft wrong bank account and I was charged overdraft fees, then cancelled the membership, and was assured by two different employees that the membership was cancelled, and now, the third overdraft in a row on a bank account that no longer has deposits going to it. Have not heard anything about a refund for the overdraft fees or the membership dues for the cancelled membership. I actually have to close my bank account that I have had for over 20 years to stop future charges. Ridiculous.

This location is the definition of horrid customer service. The staff blatantly failed to meet my needs and expectations and instead of being helpful the staff further exacerbated the problem. They wanted to argue and escalate instead of being solution oriented. I encountered rude behavior and poor communication. I have tanned at palm beach locations nationwide and this location was downright awful. I have never left a poor review for any establishment and my experience was so far below expectation that I felt compelled to leave a review. This was a complete failure.
