Been coming here for a year now. The staff is great! Very kind, and Very informative, always keeps me updating on deals or specials they have going on. Anytime Ive needed assistance with anything, the store manager is always quick to help! Oh and the level 5 bed is amazing and the best bed Ive ever used! Try it out!!!

You can't walk in and purchase a single session. Kind of ridiculous because I was a member "on pause" paying every month, I couldn't pay for a single session. LOL been coming for 10 years. Not no more.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I always love the relaxing environment and cleanliness. However, the person at the desk here now is less than nice. I recently restarted my membership and the person whom I spoke to on the phone was super nice and informative, then I show up, and the person at the front desk has been the most unenthusiastic, unfriendly, and even acts bothered by my questions. I’ve been in about 4 times since I renewed my membership and every encounter with her is rudeness and uncomfortable for me. As a paying customer I think she needs to be trained on customer service and professional attention on the job description. When I asked what the difference is on the spray tan options, she actually sighed out loud and just said “it’s up to you”. I have never

I have been a avid tanner for probably 20 years now and also have worked at the largest tanning franchise in California, that being said when I moved here two years ago I and decided to go to my local tanning place Palm beach tan of Friendswood I was greeted with smiling faces, kindness and friendly people that always made me feel so comfortable to the point I was willing to buy bottles even though I know those bottles are not worth 200$ and the most expensive membership, 1 because I wanted to help another thriving college student and 2 because well why not, this last 9 months has been hell and I mean that I go from being greeted to standing in a lobby waiting for the manager Sierra to realize after 5 minutes or longer I was standing there waiting while there chatting it up in t

Front desk needs better costumer service training. Came in for information on spray tans and she seemed bothered I even came in. I work in costumer service and I know if someone comes in you always greet with kindness and be informative. This was all opposite of what my experience was. I will not come back and take my business elsewhere.
