THE 1st WAS A LADY NAMED SHANN, SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, TOOK ME AROUND FOR TOUR, BEAUTIFUL WELL KEPT SALON!! WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!! THANKS PALM BEACH TAN, ENTERPRISE, ALABAMA!!! I was visiting from out of state and wanted to tan with my membership. We had trouble finding my account due to a network issue with my host salon. Shannon, the manager, was super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we solved the problem. She had tons of customers but she still made time to help me. Overall the staff was so nice and helpful!

The lady that was named Belle was very informative and helpful with getting my account active. She really knows all the products. Very respectful young lady

I have used this salon for years, even before the name change. I have always liked the friendly staff, the clean facilities, the comforting atmosphere, and the tanning beds. Recently I have changed to the spray tans. I appreciate the knowledge the staff has on the use of the booth. They made me feel very comfortable about using it for the first time. I will be continuing with this service for a long time.

I signed up yesterday and the bed was great and everything was clean, however the time frame policy is ridiculous. I went at 1130 yesterday during my lunch break and went back today and had to go at 1030 bc I have to be back at work for a business call, I could not lay in the bed because I was an hour early. The time frame is ridiculous, I was literally one hour earlier than yesterday and bc it had not been 24 hours and only 23, I was not able to get in. I live in a different state that requires me to drive 50 miles after work to get home so I'm not able to go after work. I could understand if I came first thing in the morning but 1 hour will not effect anything. I'm very disappointed.
