Haley the district manager very rude and wouldn’t even return my calls. They charged me 9 months after i cancelled my account. She said nothing she could do. I said at least comp a few months. She said no way. Very unprofessional. I can’t believe they have her. Barker cypress location cypress tx

Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service. Also personable. Bought memberships for both me and my husband. The salt therapy and infrared sauna are amazing.

Been going here pretty clean, not overcrowded. I had a free spray tan and it expired and the workers do not let me know. I thought that was crappy as I was unaware of it expiring when I went into use it.

I really liked this location! I wish it could be my usual one! The staff is really friendly and helpful. She explained to me exactly what I bought yesterday when I started my membership the other day. The place is very welly kept, the bathrooms are spotless and the each tanning room is like checking into a hotel room for about 10-20 minutes. I usually don't have time to put lotion on before I head to the salon so I always ask for them to delay my auto start up for 10 minutes, they were more than happy to oblige. I have always had really good service at this store until today! They close @ 7:00pm and I got there way before 7 and the employee told me that they shut down the spray tanning booths @ 6:30pm so they can clean them. I drove over 20 minutes to get there and she was refusing to allow me to spray tan. Not cool. And I pay for a membership every month. The hours are posted on the door and online. I would think that if Palm Beach Tan made a huge change like that. I would have at least received an email or something. She was extremely rude and I’m super disappointed about this experience. 😞
