Palm Beach Tan

Terrible. I went there for a spray tan the day before a photo shoot. Should be no problem. I do this all the time. When did they start doing all the added stuff? Primer, after tan sealer or what ever. What normally is like $35 to $40 ended up being al almost $65. Ok, so fine I pay it. I don't know if the machine was clogged of what but, I left still wet from the tan, and the most uneven tan of my life. The back of my legs from my mid-thigh to mid-calf was tan as hell, the rest was white. My arms, front was tan, backs and under, nothing. My entire right side was tan, left nothing. I've done at least 50 spray tan at Palm Beach and never had an issue. The next day at my shoot my photographer had to ask what happened. This is hands down the best tanning salon I’ve ever been to! Kaylee is seriously the sweetest and makes the whole experience so comfortable and easy. She’s super knowledgeable, helped me pick the perfect products for my skin, and made sure I got the exact glow I wanted. The salon is super clean and cute, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I left feeling confident and obsessed with my tan—definitely not going anywhere else!

The assistant manager Lily helped me with my tan and had the greatest additude with answering any questions I had. Easily the best tanning spot around with great prices and services!

I was transferred to this tanning salon when my old salon was purchased by Palm Beach Tan - I went on 06/12 for a tanning session, was told it would only be a few minutes. My husband was complete with his session and I was never given my opportunity for the session. I was the next person in line (or so I was led to believe) the person come out of the bed that I was to get next. The girls then put someone else in that bed. When she came out no one ever cleaned that bed and it left me sitting for another 10 minutes. I was disappointed in this service because it was treated very unprofessionally by the teenage girls that are in control of the salon. Also, I lost many perks when I was transferred over to this salon. Very limited beds and $17 to upgrade to a "better" bed for a 1X session
