By far the best tanning shop in the business that I have ever been to. Angie the manager has outstanding customer service as well as all her employees also they all do a great job in my opinion they all go above and beyond to make you feel very comfortable and welcome here I won't go to another palm beach either I've done that and the other ones even tho they're all the same company the others don't compare to how great Angie and her crew are they treat my wife and daughter like they've known them all their lives and that is a big deal in my opinion great service like this is very rare now days!!!!!!

Extremely Disappointed with the Staff Behavior I had heard negative things about this place before but never gave it much thought, until today. Completely unacceptable. The way a customer was spoken to by the staff was shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. It’s clear there’s a serious lack of training and respect here. After hearing of this interaction... Palm Beach, do better. Your customers deserve more, and so do your employees, if that’s the environment they’re being trained in.

I wanted to share my experience at this location as I have not been here for months. It was good before I didn’t have any big complaints. But today there was an issue and all the girls were Nice, I want to shine a light on Ava today. She was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond and my daughter’s wedding is tomorrow so it was pretty important that things worked out in there. I’m in commercial real estate and I have five managers under me managing five different commercial malls for businesses and if I got a report that a customer or client was feeling the way I did today and she totally flipped it and literally came down to where I felt like I was talking to my friend or considering my age, my daughter, lol. I recently had an issue with my account. Angie did a great job helping me resolve my issue. She is always friendly and helpful. 5 stars as always!

If I could give Palm Beach Tan in Crescent Springs, Ky negative stars, I would. When going in to freeze my account, I left and before leaving they did not tell me that I needed to sign anything. I was charged $53 again for the month of August when I freezed my account in July. Except I didn’t freeze my account because they didn’t ask me to sign anything. When I called to ask for a refund for the mistake, the manager was extremely belittling and rude to me. I worked at Palm Beach 3 years ago for 3 weeks while I started nursing school. She said, “Well you worked here before, you should know better and the rules haven’t changed.” In the most sarcastic condescending voice. I did not know or remember that I needed to sign something, and I still should have been told as a current customer. Pleas
