Palm Beach Tan

The lady on tne phone today helped me with my questions regarding a spray tan! AMAZING people that work here, they are always warm and friendly! Highly recommend and also always clean, and have the best spray tans!! Thank you guys so much

The ladies are always pleasant. No concern there. However, I was told if I wanted to put my membership on hold, I would have to call three days before the first of the month. I did and was told they would still take my payment for that month and the ‘hold’ would begin the month after! This is BS! So, I will be paying in full for non-usage of the facility! Watch out, this is a disgusting racket! What a disappointment Palm Beach Tan turned out to be …. If you leave a sarcastic reply to my review as you have to others, i WILL contact the BBB.

My first time at any tanning place - a friend took me to try a free session. WOW! the ladies upfront were fantastic at explaining everything and extremely friendly. Really nice to speak with and being new they were wonderful and making me feel comfortable. Gorgeous clean shop, and loved the bed they put me, in was very high tech! Thank you PBT!

Really nice place. Their bulbs are so hot and you get so tan quick.

I can’t say enough about the customer service here. From Day 1, every staff member has been so kind and accommodating. The first time I visited, the system was down and caused an error, overcharging me. The manager realized, compensated beyond what was necessary, and put on a free tan for the next visit. At this point I was weeks away from giving birth. I just went back for my first tan since, of course rushing at the last minute, getting there 10 minutes before close and the attendant, Arden, was so sweet. She had already cleaned the spray tan unit I requested but still set it completely back up, assisted me in getting the most out of a monthly membership, AND provided me with some of her own bandage tape so I could cover my c-section incision.
