Leaving another one star review since they felt compelled to delete my last one. Was a patron of this place for four years plus. It just gets annoying when you have a different 15-year-old girl trying to tell you a “proper skincare routine”, after you’ve told them multiple times that you see an aesthetician and they have you on a strict skin care routine. The bulbs are always halfway burned out. But when they replaced the bulbs, they cut your tanning time in half… Even if you’ve been coming here four days a week for YEARS. But yet, when the bulbs are half burned out, they don’t increase your tan time to make up for the crappy bulbs. Plus, you sign up for the “platinum package”, which is their top tier… But there are 1000 people waiting on the same bed,, so you’re stuck in the lobby for 3

I had the best experience at Palm Beach Tan! The salon is always spotless, welcoming, and the atmosphere feels so relaxing. Evie went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options and felt completely comfortable. She’s so knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thanks to Evie, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in today to tan and update my balance, and the customer service was very disappointing. The front desk employee was rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone while her coworker snickered behind her. I was also told I had a late charge, even though I had updated my payment information just last month. They blamed my bank, but I never received any text, email, or notification about a declined charge—nothing ever came through. Because of the attitude and the questionable billing explanation, I decided to cancel my membership. I hope management addresses these issues for future customers.

I went to get a spray tan and Evie was so helpful. It was my first time going so wasn’t too sure what I was doing but she helped me match my color to make sure I got the look I wanted. She was so welcoming and sweet and made sure I felt as comfortable as I could. Will definitely be returning if I know she’s working!

This was my first time ever getting a spray tan and I will never go back to this place. I asked for a specific type that was recommended to me and was not given what I asked for. Was also given the most vague instructions when i kept asking questions because again…this was my first time. I’m half orange on my hands and the rest of the tan hardly developed on the rest of my body so I didn’t even change a single shade. Manager is also useless, very rude and not helpful in the slightest. You cannot expect someone who has never does this before to know what they’re doing.
