Place is easy enough to get to. Free parking for downtown is nice. Price for membership is worth it if tan more than 1x a month (spray is what I do). Lose a star because the staff is inconsistent in their customer service...not all greet you when arriving or say thank you/bye when leaving.

The front desk receptionist, Fiona is so kind and helpful. I had a few questions and she took the time to help me and didn’t make me feel like I inconvenienced her. The beds are clean and don’t irritate my skin. 10/10 recommend this location.

Came for the red light therapy plus Halo therapy. It took a few tries for the staff to activate the red light machine. So I’m in a robe walking up to the front to ask for help. Then it comes time to switch from red light to halo therapy machine, but the halo machine isn’t charged. There is salt build up on the emitters. This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this location and the halo machine is down. Charge them every night as your closing duties. And run a cleaning pod after every 3-5 halo sessions. Buckhead location seems to get it right every time. I just need to stick to that location. Strange how the price for red light and halo keeps going up but the quality of service doesn’t.

Absolutely love Palm Beach Tan! The staff is super friendly, and I really enjoy their sunless tanning beds. I can get a quick tan that lasts for almost two weeks, which always boosts my mood. It feels so nice to have a little color on my skin! Plus, jumping in a tanning bed is a great way to warm up. I appreciate that they offer so many options without harmful rays. Every visit feels like a mini vacation, and I highly recommend this adorable salon. They have great hours, too, staying open until 9! Thank you! 🏖️🏖️🏖️
