Palm Beach Tan

I purchased a 3 pack spray tan package before a wedding here in early October. I explicitly asked if the remaining 2 would last through the end of the year because the next use wouldn’t be until a wedding 12/13 and was told it would be fine. I just went in to use the second tan and they said it expired. I noted I was told it would last until now and was told “yeah no” by the person working. Unfortunately bad communication and customer service I will not be returning here.

Love this location! It’s clean and well run. Manager is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff!

The experience was not bad: the tan was. Having said that, it would have been helpful to have the only person working that day ( sunday, I think) to be much more knowledgeable than she was. As for the tan......it was a spray tan done by a machine. I can think no earthly reason why the tan came out

I went there for the first time today to do a spray tan. I didn’t get his name, but the young man at the front desk was an absolute gem. A ray of sunshine. Friendly, sweet, patiently walked me through and explained everything to me. Night and day difference than other experiences I’ve had at different salons. He was wonderful! I love my spray tan too. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I will be back!

The girls here are super nice and helpful. I came in with the purpose of using the versa for a spray tan. This man informed me that you didn’t have a versa. This week, I show up and you do have a versa. Confused as to why he lied to me but can only assume it was for commission purposes. Not happy about that.
