This tanning salon is absolutely amazing! Every visit feels so welcoming because the staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready with a smile. The place is spotless every single time I come in, which makes such a difference—you can tell they really care about keeping everything clean and comfortable. The beds are great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is consistently top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best tanning experience!

I have alway had great experiences with everyone at both offices Arbutus and Glen Burnie, staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They both keep me update on sales and promotions. I love that I go in and sometimes u get an unexpected promotion like an upgrade for the day, I guess that comes from the bosses but still a nice perk. Thanks for always thinking of the customer.

I have always used this location, however since I renewed my membership a few weeks ago I have been disappointed. The spray tan machine I use does not self clean it’s self when done. I mentioned it to staff they had no idea, several weeks later it’s still not, makes me wonder if it’s being cleaned. Also the paper towel machine has not worked either. Mentioned that and was told they are waiting for a battery, they could of at least put a roll of paper towels in the room. This to was several weeks ago and as of today neither work. I may be canceling my membership

The staff at this location are TOP TIER!! This is the only salon I've been to where the staff are actually well versed in the services they provide and the products they sell and they dont make you feel like your just another customer they remember you by name and always greet you with a smile. The rooms are always clean, the bulbs are regularly changed out and if you have any issues with your bed all you have to do is mention it to one of the staff members and they will do what they can to make things right. The staff at this location are great about giving you recommendations on lotions, tan times, beds, and skincare basked on your skin type. They do not make you feel pressured into buying a new lotion or to upgrade your membership and it just makes every visit that much more pleasurable

Since I’ve left a review for other locations I might as well do this one. I went there for my first time today. Sarah and Ambria welcomed me and were absolutely wonderful. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I love this location and will be returning. I would recommend this location to anyone. I can’t thank them enough for helping me and taking the time to talk to me. They are great !!
