The are 4 Gold Level beds but there is only 1 functioning Gold Level bed which means being the more popular level you have to wait for a bed or pay to upgrade to a higher level bed.

$54 a month for the worst beds. Value isn’t there. Dirty beds and floors are stained and gross. Not worth the money. Bed fans are caked with dust and dirt and who knows what else.

Front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. I just started tanning here. My first week I’ve experienced the higher level tanning bed not working and being moved to a lower level tanning bed. Today the salon was closed for a meeting at 5pm when they are to close at 7pm. I moved my schedule around to tan for my upcoming vacation and paid for a pricey package to take advantage of the “high level tanning bed” and daily tanning. I guess I will have to call before leaving work to confirm the salon will be open prior to making the trip and arranging my schedule. Not a good start to my new experience.

The customer service experience was absolutely above and beyond! All of your team members were so friendly and welcoming! They went out of their way to help me with my spray tan. I was extremely nervous and they took the extra time to explain everything to me. Definitely will be back!

Normally I give this place 5 stars, however, this time I'm beyond annoyed. I checked a good ten times to make sure they were open until 7 Thanksgiving Eve like their website stated. I got there at 6:00 and they was CLOSED. Needless to say, I was livid. I specifically put time aside for this only to find out it was a complete waste of my time. This is now the second time this has has happened to me. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please double check and update your website.
