I absolutely love coming to see Nicole at Palm Beach Spray Tan on King Street! She is truly the best — every Thursday tan feels like catching up with a friend. Nicole always makes me feel comfortable, confident, and glowing every single time. She’s not only amazing at what she does, but she’s also such a genuinely kind and incredible person. I always leave feeling refreshed inside and out. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I’ve been a loyal member at this location for over four years and have generally had decent experiences. I typically come during the day, and I’m always respectful of the staff’s time. I’ve only ever come close to closing twice — and both times involved the same staff member, which is why I’m finally writing this. Tonight, I arrived at 8:42 p.m., 17 minutes before closing. I had a long day at work, needed to let my dog out, and this was truly the only time I could make it in before traveling early tomorrow. When I pulled up, I saw through the window that the same blonde employee was working — the one who made me uncomfortable during the only other late visit I’ve had a year ago. She usually wears her hair in a ponytail or low bun and has worked there for a while. Before I even walked in,

Most of the staff are very bland and unpleasant. I speak coming in and going out and they never greet you or act as if they want to be there. The tall young man is pleasant. I’m going to change locations because of this. Also the bathrooms never have paper, no water, beds aren’t cleaned until you come in so then you have to wait. Not a good look for the business and not a good experience for paying customers. This morning was the worst with the girl just staring and not even acknowledging anybody. If she doesn’t wanna be there, why is she there?

Sasha is so friendly and helpful! I have been going to this location for years now, and she goes above and beyond. Definitely deserves some recognition. Great customer service is so hard to find these days.
