I always have the best experience at this location. Beds are always clean and the staff is always helpful! Shout out to Sophia for always being so helpful and kind when I come in!

Entry level beds are old. Yes I did hear the employees tell customers before they bought the packages but that’s not the case at all the locations. Chelsea has nice beds for entirely level so that’s a little frustrating. The beds do much better at a different location. Also was assigned to a bed with some bad bulbs unfortunately did not notice until the middle of the season.

It's unfortunate that palm beach tan in Alabaster Alabama ( my once favorite place to tan. Keeps such ... *FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD* [[[ YOUNG EMPLOYEES!!!]]]]ADDISON AND GRIFFIN SHAME ON YOU BOTH! !!!!! IM 35 AND CONTINUE TO HAVE DISRESPECTFUL UNDERAGE EMPLOYEES DAMAGE MY PROPERTY! REFUSE THE BEDS THATS IN MY PACKAGE!!!! ALL WHILE BEING DENIED INFO ON THE MANAGER OR ANY! ADULT AVALIABLE!!! Like seriously something needs to be done ✔️ASAP OR I WILL CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!
