Palm Beach Nails & Foot Spa Northlake

10/10 recommend this place. I first never been to a place that offers a massage during pedicure service. Both services were spectacular in addition to a full set I got on my hands. I will definitely be back. Very great prices as well.

Went there today and I got my nail extention and gel nail. Jim is wonderful. He's funny, kind, and so skillful. Highly recommend!

Overall, I had a very good experience at PB Nails & Foot Spa Northlake. I purchased a Groupon to try the Renew My Soul Spa experience since I’m exploring different places in the area to find my favorite. Even with the Groupon, the service was complete and attentive, with no difference in how I was treated, which I really appreciated. I will definitely come back, even without a Groupon. The only thing that bothered me slightly was that I was not informed about a $13 extra charge for the nail polish at the time of selection. I was only told after I was already seated, which made it a bit uncomfortable to change colors. I believe this should be communicated upfront. Other than that, the experience was great. The massage was excellent, and my pedicure has lasted very well.

Had a facial and full body massage there yesterday. The personnel was outstanding, the place is amazing, and my experience was very positive! I loved the deep massage and the facial was super relaxing. Everybody noticed me glowing today. Would definitely come back and recommend to a friend!

The facility is nice. I made two separate appointments two days apart. The staff is nice besides being disturbed while getting our massage. Now my real issue is with their receptionist very rude and matter fact. Yesterday I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45pm services did not start until 2:22pm. Today I arrived late to my pedicure appointment she informs me I have to change the spa service I booked to basic to accommodate my lateness. Which is fine, I responded and said I’m glad you all are taking your appointments serious today and walked off. While joining my mother for our joint services.
