Palazzo Nail Spa Acworth

This was my first time coming here and I 100%recommend!! Everyone was very nice and welcoming! I wanted Christmas light colors and Ruby delivered! These are so beautiful and she did such a wonderful job! The place is beautiful, clean, and organized! The chairs are cute and comfy and I love the Christmas tree! The salon was easy to find and I loved that I was told about any additional charges and/or fees! Absolutely will be coming back and definitely recommend!!

I've been going to this shop on and off for about 3 years now. The service has gotten much better. The only issue I have is that pricing is not always straight forward. It should be posted. I shouldn't pay different for the same services every time. I should also be able to know what additions cost prior to them being charged. Other than that, it's a great place to be serviced. Donna and Stacy are best at pedis, while Kimmie is amazing at designing.

The staff was kind, helpful, and very welcoming. Anita, my nail tech, was phenomenal. She was very thorough and detail oriented. My daughter and I both got pedicures with the papafin wax and hot towels…ahhhhh!!! We have brand new looking and feeling feet! Thank you!

I went here for a manicure and did the acrylic overlay. However, the finger started burning and I let my nail tech know. She said it was normal, but I’ve had my nails done many times and never had this burning sensation. She did okay with painting the nails, missed little sections on the edges of the nails. I did like the color! I’ve come here before for nails and they did a better job. I think it depends on your tech here for the quality of service.

My technician is Stacy. I can’t recommend her with enough enthusiasm!!!!!!! She is fantastic! The location is fantastic easy to get in and out, restaurants and grocery all around it. The inside of Palazo is beautiful, always clean and staff always friendly. I’ve been having my nails done for years and finally found a home. Go you will love it there too.
