Palazzo Nail Lounge

I always have a 10/10 experience at Palazzo. The staff is so welcoming and thorough during the entire visit. I’ve been making appointments with Rio for a few months now and he goes above and beyond to make sure I’m 100% happy with my nails. As long as I live in the San Antonio area, I will always come back!

Kim is the best at nails. She has great ideas if you cant decide what you want. The salon has some of the best technicians and everyone makes me feel important. My husband and I also go there once a month for our pedicures. Absolutely love them.

It had been awhile since I have gotten my nails done since moving from Austin. I needed to get my nails done for my wedding and saw so many great reviews and can say those reviews were correct. Staff is amazing and very welcoming and Cece did such an amazing job on my nails. Will definitely be coming back.

I always love coming to this nail salon! Every time I walk in, they make me feel super comfortable and treated with so much kindness. They even fixed one of my nails for me today, and they were so sweet about it. My nails always come out looking beautiful, and I honestly can’t wait to go back. 100% recommend if you want gorgeous nails and amazing service. 💅✨

Can’t say enough good things about Palazzo. They did an incredible job with a full set and pedicure. I’ve gone sporadically over the years but I recently went in with the intention to do something new and they executed perfectly. When I decided I wasn’t ready to commit (literally the next day), they changed the color with no hesitation or pushback. Management is involved with every aspect and it’s top notch. 10/10
