Flora was incredibly patient and handled my nails with such care. I told her exactly how I wanted them and which products I preferred, and she truly listened. Her talent is undeniable—she was meticulous, precise, and paid attention to every detail. The space itself has a warm, calming ambiance, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Day before I got my eyebrows and mustache waxed by JEN. She was lovely. The next day I got myself a dip stand a pedicure , my BF got a pedicure. Fast service. Attention to detail. I’ll pay for anything close to perfect. The service was polite. They treated me like a regular even if it was my first time. Excelled service clean and respectful. They definitely deserved 10 starts.

Best manicurist on Richmond Hwy?…Flora!! I’ve been getting my nails done up and down Rt. 1 for over 40 years. This is the longest I’ve been a customer to any single manicurist, or salon. We have great conversations, and she is very very good at her job. She loves all the new styles out there, and can copy any image you bring her. She’s also very good at all the classics. Ask for Flora! They are less busy on Mondays and Tuesdays. -Vicki Sheppard

I just moved here so I was ISO a new nail salon. I was so happy to find Palace Salon Nails as it was so close to my home, super clean, and the sweetest people! Cindy not only fixed my nails from a previous salon but made them soooo beautiful. A thin, natural shape just like I requested. She talked me into a little design and created it effortlessly. Mike was assisting walk-ins at the door and chatting with me like he’s known me for years! I felt super comfortable and tended to. I will definitely be returning!

Got my nails done yesterday- a $53 gel manicure- and while sitting at home I have noticed all the inconsistencies. Lots of gaps in my nails and the polish on some nails is lifting already. My service took less than 20 minutes total even though I waited almost an hour and a half
