UPDATE: turns out my pedicure only lasted about two weeks before chipping (normally when I get it done in other places it lasts me 4+ weeks). Perhaps I would give 3 stars if I wasn’t left crying after my appointment. My biggest complaints have to do with dishonesty and treating the client as nothing more than a cash cow. First to be fair to them I want to say that my simple plain colored enamel pedicure was perfectly fine. Now for my hands, it was for my wedding so I wanted a particular nail design done (ombré) and called ahead to see if they could do it. The man on the phone was very confident they could do anything so I made an appointment. Out of an abundance of caution I also emailed them two photos of the nail design and asked them to please confirm with the nail tech they could repl

I am a positive review type of person but this really upset me. I asked for hard gel to build up my broken nail into a square shape. Nail tech put hard gel on my nail and proceeded to file it right down to where it was broken. Not only did this hurt me but it defeated the purpose of the hard gel which is $10 extra per nail. I tried to communicate what I wanted but he did not seem to understand and I wasn’t willing to risk my nails being damaged so I asked him to stop and said I would go somewhere else. He was visibly angry with me and started obviously speaking rudely about me in Korean. When I went to pay for the pedicure I’d already had the manager was incredibly rude to me. He asked what happened but then refused to listen as I told him. He laughed in my face and told me to “go find

I hesitate writing this review because I want to keep this place a secret. Had an excellent experience with Suzie. I moved from NYC 2 years ago & have been on the hunt for a good salon- it’s been a challenge! Until last week when I walked in with no apt in desperate need of a mani pedi. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They took me right away, made me feel comfortable & relaxed. It’s been a week since a basic mani/pedi and no chipping. Can not wait for my next appointment with Suzie!

I had an amazing experience with ELSA! Let me preface this by saying, I like intricate nail art, Specifically portrait and cartoon art. I'm Also very particular about m nails as I've grown my natural nails out long and want to keep them healthy. After much research and email correspondence about the design i wanted, price confirmation, and other inquiry's I decided to book the Prime service, (custom art on all 10 nails) with ELSA. When I first entered the space I was immediately greeted and asked if i'd like water coffee or tea, I was led to my seat and introduced to m technician for the day (ELSA). When sitting you notice they have charging ports for your phone and also put a lid on your during so there are no nail partials that get into your drink as you are getting your service done,

This is the worst manicure ever! My cuticles we barely cut, I have bubbles in my nails and little pieces of hair. While I was drying my nails the manger came up to my friend and I and said “ don’t forgot to tip”! A older women walked in and was treated completely different, asking if she wanted a massage right away. So rude and never going back.
