I have NEVER been disappointed by Paint! They are fantastic, friendly, and welcoming! I have been coming here for years and they have always stood by their work. I had such a terrible experience at this place, I don’t even know where to start. First, the woman doing my eyebrow waxing ripped a piece of my skin off in two separate places, and I did not notice until the next day because it was stinging and burning. S secondly, it took four different women to get a French pedicure, correct on my toes. Each time they put the white nail polish on my toenail, it looked different from the other foot. Ladies also did not speak English, so I had to show them a picture on my phone of what I wanted in order for them to get it right. Lastly, I ended up needing to go to the ER after getting a gelX set done because the woman doing my nails cut back my skin too much and caused me to get an infection under my nail. Such a beautiful and peaceful place. It was my first time and from the moment I walked in I felt extremely good about the place. The receptionist was very nice. I waited a few minutes in a very comfortable area until it was my turn for my pedicure appointment ( I was 15 min early ) Lucy did my pedicure and she was very nice and took her time. I am 38 weeks pregnant also and she made sure I was comfortable and did everything as I asked. She gave each foot and leg a 5-8 min massage which was so amazing! I visited paint nail house for a pedicure and decided to treat myself to the silk milk spa service , Olga was excellent ! Took her time with the details of the service. Items/throne were clean, towels were hot , the foot/leg massage pressure was perfection. She checked in throughout the service to make sure everything was good.
