Michele is kind, understanding and super effective! She also taught me how to better correct my hip/body alignment with DIY shoe inserts. I just returned to the office yesterday and normally my feet would hurt a ton after work and from walking my commute, but not with the insert method Michele taught me. (It'll make sense when she teaches you) Do a session with Michele, it's worth it. And she has 2 adorable and friendly kitties too!

I was having serious knee pain when I walked and it was really uncomfortable to drive too. My partner knows Michele and made an appointment for me. She spent over an hour going up and down my leg finding the painful trigger points and released them with a cold laser. I hobbled into her place and walked out normally. It was an amazing transformation. She also told me about muscles and how they worked. She gave me a series of stretches to do as well. I am still walking normally.

I recently visited Michele for a series of six sessions to work on my left lower back muscles and glutes/piriformis, which have been a source of ongoing discomfort, numbness, and tingling for many months, despite nothing on an MRI or nerve conduction tests pinpointing an exact cause. Between using the cold laser to treat the many trigger points in these tight muscle areas and teaching me several key stretches to do frequently throughout the day, I've gained significant range of motion in a short amount of time, plus have already noticed a reduction in symptoms. Highly recommend!

Michele’s therapeutic approach helped me recover from debilitating pain. She is thorough and knowledgeable and listens carefully. If I experience a back spasm or pinch in my shoulder, Michele is who I call.

Michele succeeded in eliminating my annoying limp, where PT had failed to do so. My iPhone health app now registers my walking asymmetry as negligible. I was also concerned that back issues would keep me from participating in a six day hiking trip I'd committed to, but thanks to her treatments I was able to participate fully without a hitch.
