Pacific Southwest Building

Took a tour today and it was so awesome exploring the building! I loved it:) Our guides were so cool:) We saw areas no one has seen...secret doors 👀 Lofts are now $2,400.. but so worth with the phenomenal views😍 15 stories. Workspace floor. Hair salon that turns into a church. Bar on the 2nd floor. Ballroom on the 1st floor. Underground parking. Underground vault that is now a theater room🤩 You can rent that area for parties! This building used to be a bank! They have kept it as original as possible. Doesn't feel like you're in Fresno and you've traveled to the past😆 I want to live here!

I loved my experience with Workspace and the entire Southwest Building. I was treated with great care and the result was true bliss. The ownership, and their team displayed attention and passion to detail. Most importantly, WorkSpace representatives are easy to work with and get along with. Further, the classic Art Deco building mixed with a modern industrial look is amazing- a beautiful place 😀.

Finally got to see the downstairs bank vault, screening room, game room area and it is so cool! Thank you for opening up this building during art hop:)

I greatly needed an office in Fresno and we made use of the workspace rentals at Southwest Pacific building. We also did a short term lease on the 8th floor but left as we had to relocate down to the south valley. This is a cool historic building with great staff; very much appreciated Charles and Gita and their ability to accommodate us. Not to mention there is a convenient rooftop bar at the building for after hours cocktails

Choe, Jurgita and their team are simply the best!! We held an annual holiday party there for a small business (45 people total) and were blown away by the responsiveness and accommodation of the entire team at the Pacific Southwest Building. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were in constant communication months leading up to the event. We used the Vault space and were thrilled with the results. We will go back every year, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great private space with an amazing team!!
