I am devastated. Prior to coming to this salon, my hair was very thick. I went to Pacific Rose to ONLY get my choppy layers softened/blended better. I wanted to keep the length, shape, & thickness of my hair as much as possible. I got in the chair, she didn’t talk with me much about my goals or what I wanted, then pulled out thinning shears & went to town. She did not ask me if I wanted my hair thinned at all, so it was a complete surprise to me when I came out of the salon with WAY less than half the thickness of my hair. The under half of my hair is so thin (when I braid it or put it up it looks like a rat tail) & the top half of my head is thicker, leaving me with a completely undesired mullet. I wish she would have never picked up the thinning shears and just used a point cut techniqu

Nikki did a WONDERFUL job on my hair! She listened to my vision, asked questions to make sure she got it right, and then made it reality! So thankful I was able to have such a fun, relatable, and talented hair dresser to help me!!!

Wow! Nikki= fantastic!! I was a walk-in but she's my permanent go-to now! SO talented, true artist w a mani-pedi and a super nice person too. She can handle ANY type of hair- I am so lucky to have found her- you can't go wrong!

Brooke at Pacific Rose Salon is truly amazing! She always leaves my hair looking flawless, and I constantly get compliments after seeing her. Her talent, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Brooke has also done a beautiful job on my family especially she took extra special care of my mom.
