Pacific cuts

This place is legit !!! I had an appointment with Vaughn and he knows what hes doing. The welcoming environment to the music all around great experience. I drove from west valley city and it was worth it. I definitely recommend this shop and can vouch for the barbers who work there. I will be returning again !!

Me and my 6 year old son went here for our hair cuts it was are first time at a barbershop. And it was awesome we look so fresh. Jt does a awesome job. And one of the other guys did my sons hair and it was equally great. We have been to alot of local places and no one was as good as these guys. We will definitely be back.

Barber texted me 25 min from my appointment trying to move my appointment to later when I live an hour away and I’m already in the parking lot. Texted back trying to negotiate and I don’t get a text back until 30 minutes after when my appointment should’ve been saying “oh dang im not at the shop rn”. Manage your time and customers better man.

I’ve been trying to call this place for months to schedule an appointment for my two baby brothers but for some reason never got anyone to pick up. Ive left voicemails with no call back or follow up ever. Finally I decided to just walk in to the shop one day with my boys. I was disappointed. The customer service was sub par and lack luster - they just seemed a little too cool. It says walk ins welcome on the sign outside but - it didn’t feel that way - we felt like an inconvenience at most. It was disappointing. There aren’t many Polynesian owned businesses in the valley - especially barber shops - my baby brothers are growing up in a primarily white neighborhood in Colorado and I hyped them up to come to the Pacific Kuts barbershop.
