Do not put your debit card on file with this company. I signed up for a membership in the summer (65.00/month), they started double charging my membership fee a few months after I signed up. I let them know this and was told the owner would fix this. No one contacted me or reversed the charges. I then canceled my membership in writing and asked them to take my card off their files and a few months later they started charging my card again, which was unauthorized. I called again to let them know and they said they'd have the owner call me, AGAIN, which she has not and my charges have not been reimbursed. All together ive been scammed out of $195. I never had this issue with Tan Republic. I plan to report them to my bank and the BBB.

Today was my first time tanning here. I tanned in bed #2 and was supposed to be in 12 minutes. Half of the bulbs were out so only the right side of my body was getting tanned. I got out of the bed within a few minutes. Half the lights out tells me that these beds aren't being maintained. As I approached the front desk to try to understand why this is the case, I ran into another individual who told me this was her first time there as well. She said she counted 6 bulbs out in her stand up bed. This is unacceptable when we are being charged $80 for a month of tans. Do better!!!!!!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Pacific Bronze and Bliss. I was helped by Lauren who was knowledgeable, hilarious, personable, and helpful. I’m thrilled I chose to go there to sign up for a package. Their facility is clean, well maintained and welcoming!

I love PBB. I have been coming here for two years. My favorite place to tan and get my hair done. It’s such a beautiful space and everyone is always so nice. Can’t recommend enough

The staff is AMAZING! I’m new to tanning and they helped me get all set up with the best lotion and package for my goals. The front desk ladies are always very nice and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The salon is always clean. You can definitely tell the staff love their jobs, take care of each other and the business. If I could give them more than five stars I would!
