Wow surprised to see so many negative reviews I suppose I was lucky to get a grate haircut from a super friendly lady. I usually drive from Tacoma to Kent to see my go to stylist. This evening I chose to pop in I hopes of getting a quick and easy buzz cut. I won't hesitate to return The two ladies were super welcoming and kind. Keep in mind this is a Barbershop near JBLM and seems to cater to men. To the race bating woman complaining in another post get real its obvious this isn't a woman's salon these ladies were very kind.

4 years ago I went to this barbershop and I told them I wanted a fade no bald, they didn’t listen and they gave me a bald cut. This happened to me in 6th grade I was picked on for from there haircut and I honestly told them I was pushed back and I don’t want that again. I’m in 9th grade now and they just cut my hair yesterday and I told them a number 1 but my hairline is kind of faded and can’t barely see where it’s going. Also their alcohol irritates my head. I payed 23$ for a cut.

My husband and son went to this barbershop, and we were very disappointed. My son’s hairline was cut unevenly and slanted, and despite my husband clearly telling the barber not to shave his beard, it was shaved off anyway before he even realized it. Never again letting them go back there ever again!!!

I walked in expecting a simple haircut — and walked out hurt, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed. The moment I arrived, the women started speaking to each other in another language and then told me they could not cut my hair because they “mainly service men.” The way it was handled felt dismissive, exclusionary, and honestly, discriminatory. I shouldn’t have to defend my right to get a haircut. I shouldn’t have to wonder if it was because I’m a woman… or because I’m a Black woman. Either way — I left feeling unseen, unwelcome, and disrespected. I will never return — and I don’t recommend that anyone else visit them. A business that is open to the public should be prepared to serve the public — without bias, without prejudice, and without making people feel “othered” because of their
