I used to be a regular customer and previously liked this salon because it felt professional and consistent. That is exactly why this recent experience was so disappointing that I cannot stay silent. Recently, the salon has clearly gone downhill. When I walked in, the place was almost completely empty with no customers at all. The space looked poorly maintained and neglected. Some staff were even lying down and sleeping on the chairs during working hours. The person who worked on me was a very young woman who appeared to be new, inexperienced, and dressed in an untidy. She did not understand my request, even though I clearly explained that I did not want my nails cut shorter and only wanted the shape adjusted. Instead of listening or asking for clarification, she showed visible irritation

This has been my go-to place. Always an amazing experience. Highly recommend getting Khang ( Ken ). His precision and patience with me are on point ! Offered me a water, great conversations, and funny too. Bring in any inspo pic for him to copy and he'll NAIL IT! Thank you soooo much ! I love my nails ❤️

Although The people were nice the nails are just not good. I went in for an acrylic, fill, and with the design and asked if they were able to do it before we started. Not only are my fingers not filled, but the paint is just horrendous. Every time they ask me how I liked it I asked him to fix the lines and Fix up the nail. I asked for normal powder, and they kept insisting that the powder they wanted to use was better and prettier. Shape was beautiful, but I’m sure that was from the other nail salon. After the fourth time of asking them to be fixed it got to the point, I just wanted to leave. I called the next day and they wouldn’t going to get me in for a week or so until I demanded to just take the pain off. I don’t mind paying for good nails and a good design but spending $110 on nails

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. The older man who did my nails gave me uneven shapes and had a very rude attitude. When I asked him to reshape the nails, he didn’t say a single word but he just kept aggressively filing my nails over and over, to the point where it hurt my fingers. He also applied acrylic all over the sides of my cuticles, which caused pain and swelling. When I asked for the design I showed in the picture, he moved me to another tech. I thought she would be better, but the design honestly looked like a child drew it. I clearly asked for clean, thin, straight lines, but she ignored my request and acted like she didn’t understand what I wanted. She also took an extremely long time to finish the design, even though I only asked for something simple. Overa
