I had an appointment scheduled and needed to cancel several hours in advance due to my child becoming ill and staying home from school. I reached out immediately to explain the situation and inquire about rescheduling, (ideally for later that same day when childcare would be available but before that could even be discussed with the business, they were already informing me my deposit was lost- this changed the entire tone of the conversation). I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, and I respect the need for them. However, in this case, there was no flexibility offered despite advance notice and an unexpected illness. Totally relaxing! I could not speak..couldn't interfere with each aspect of the service & there were many! I would have liked to know what was being done for the first time having the VIP treatment, but it was so delightfully relaxing, that thought floated right away! Absolutely loved& will return!

Drove a little over 2 hours with a friend for a girls day. Had a previous head spa experience, that fell short of my expectations. Saw PA beauty head spa on my fb reels and it looked more like what I was hoping for. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! The techniques, the products, the ability to relax all outstanding. I got the luxury package. Well worth every penny. My hair felt absolutely amazing. After the facial my skin was glowing. The hair stations available afterward are a great feature. I can not stress enough if you are interested in a head spa you positively have to try PA Beauty and Head Spa. The person that was with me had the exact same things to say. So technically this rating should be 10 stars. Even though its a 2 hour plus drive I know I'll be back

I had the VIP, an absolutely delightfully relaxing experience! Awesome atmosphere, good vibes, great products. Im still floating 5 hours later! I will return for a facial.. can't wait.👌🏼 🥰

My friend and I did the head spa pampering package. So relaxing and my hair was so soft afterwards. The staff are amazing and we loved the hair drying stations.
